Our paper, “Intervention on Modifiable Lifestyle and Physiological Factors via Variational Autoencoder Reveals Changes in Functional Connectivity-Mediated Risk for Alzheimer's Disease,” by Anton Orlichenko, Shengxian Ding, Emily Johns, Zhiling Gu, Xinyuan Tian, Xiaoxuan Li, and Yize Zhao, is accepted for publication in Imaging Neuroscience.

Two papers from our group have been accepted at the 2026 Conference on Neural Information Processing Systems (NeurIPS): “Orthogonal Sparse Subgraph Alignment for Structure-Function Coupling in Brain Networks” and “ELPAC: Endpoint-Anchored Latent Progression with Stage-Varying Multimodal Coordination”.
